Siana Valley opens Monday 10th May – in the Valley Gateway Precinct – which you’ll find corner of Brookes and Wickham Streets – Fortitude Valley. Expect pics from the opening night and the full low-down soon – it sounds like a big venue – with two bars, a cocktail lounge across two floors and a dining room which can hold 300 guests in a mix of traditional and communal settings.
The media release includes details of a “see-through” pool table – made of glass and resin and apparently made so that the balls roll at the same speed as they would on a felt table. This is going to be in the VIP room – so if you get yourself in there, you’ll have to tell me 1. Does it improve your game or 2. Does the glass mean that now everyone can see exactly how rubbish you are at pool and 3. Would it be cooler if the balls actually did roll faster?!

This looks gorgeous … do they do wedding functions? 300 persons sittine? Are you following up with them Claire? If so, I would love to hear more. I might try to obtain a wedding information pack from them.
